One of my favorite things about fall is that it means oyster season is here! I have loved oysters since I was a little girl. While we usually steam them, we decided to try our hand at oysters Rockefeller the other night and they did not disappoint. We cooked them on our Big Green Egg grill which added a great smoky flavor but you can cook them in your oven as well. This pan from Bayou Classic was perfect!
