White Chicken Chili

White Chicken Chili is an easy and delicious addition to the slow cooker rotation!

Ingredients:
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
32 ounces chicken broth
1 15 ounce can great northern beans
1 15 ounce can cannellini beans
1 15 ounce can white chili beans
1 15 ounce can corn
7 ounce can green chiles
1 onion, diced
2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tsp cumin
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp paprika
8 ounce cream cheese
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except cilantro and cream cheese to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
In the last hour, add in the block of cream cheese.
Stir cream cheese in well once it melts.
Serve into bowls and garnish with cilantro.
Makes 8-10 servings.
